Our API and Docs pages are overviews. They describe the platform in general terms and may change at any time. Full documentation and the API reference are provided only to customers under the customer agreement.

Availability of the platform may vary by country and is always subject to review of each request under our Acceptable Use Policy.

Access requests

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract and does not give you any right to a demo or access to the platform.

We may ask you for more information and may verify your identity and organization. We may decline any request at our discretion.

The information you send must be accurate, and you must not submit a request on behalf of another person or organization without their authority.

If we grant an evaluation of, or access to, the platform, the customer agreement governs it, including its length and conditions. These terms do not set them.

Acceptable use of the website

When using the site, you must not:

• attack, scan, load-test or probe the site or the contact form beyond normal browsing;
• bypass or interfere with our spam protection or rate limits;
• submit spam, malware or false information;
• scrape the site in breach of our robots.txt file;
• display the site inside a frame on another website;
